Essay

The thesis deals with the solution of scientific and practical task of ergonomic improvement for the railway transport for the purpose of production risks reduction by means of the trend part monitoring of working capacity level of railway operators as a risk-management element. There was defined the analytical dependence of professional reliability of railway operators on the factors that form the trend part of working capacity such as adaptation potential and biological age. There was proved that the adaptation potential is linked to personal features that are gender-dependent.
