Essay

The thesis provided the definition of "socio-orientation uncertainty" as the state of transition from the political, economic, cultural and social disorientation of Ukrainian society in the post-Soviet period to the country that obtains a new orientation to permanent modernization of spheres of society involving potential public exposure, which has national education system. If classical sociology such uncertainty was explained primarily as a situation of anomie, the modern social theories, including the theory of risk society considers uncertainty as extended field of opportunities that should be used to make intense social change based on appropriate reflection.
