To solve the main problems of the scientific research of psychological and personally individual determinants of the subjective well-being of future psychologists the set of scientific approaches has been used:systematic approach;method of theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific original sources;method of scientific observation; method of psycho - diagnostic examination;method of mathematical statistics.The scientific novelty and the theoretical significance of research: For the first time:There have been revealed the basic inner determinants of the formation of the subjective well-being of future psychologists (personally psychological characteristics; motivational complex of a personality and the socio-psychological constructs of adaptation);There has been created an integral theoretical pattern of the subjective well-being of a personality;There have been invented the final patterns of the consecutive influence of the personally individual determinants upon the level of the subjective well-being according to gender identity; There has been revealed the influence of personal features upon the subjective well-being of a future psychologist;There has been specified the influence of some constructs of the socio-psychological adaptation and motivation upon the subjective well-being of future psychologists;There has been improved the concept "the subjective well-being of a personality". Practical significance of the investigation consists in fact that quantitative and qualitative results of this research of the main features of the subjective well-being of future psychologists let us organize the educational work with students-psychologists, to provide them psychological support during the adaptation to the process of education in universities.
