The aim of the study - to establish the psychological peculiarities of the formation of preliminary personality stability in the context of her/ his lifetime perspectives and its formation according to the professionalization conditions.The subject of the study: preliminary stability of personality.The object of the study: the psychological peculiarities of formation the preliminary stability of personality in the context of her/ his lifetime perspectives on the academic and the professional stages of determination. Methods of the study: With the goal to solve the research tasks and to ensure the objectivity in the study we used: methods of collecting information (theoretical - analysis of scientific sources, systems analysis and interpretation of the data, classification, modeling, study and generalization of experience; empirical methods - observation, modeling, analysis of activity results, method of psycho-diagnostic survey); data-procession techniques (qualitative - analysis, synthesis, comparison; quantitative - methods of statistical analysis) and interpretational methods: structural model of interpretation of the results, which enabled the comparison of the data.Method of psycho-diagnostic survey includes concrete methodology, such as: "Methodology of psychological diagnosis of personality boundary" by T.S. Levi; test for the level detection of officer intrapersonal conflicts (A.I. Shypilov); methodological test "The capacity for forecasting" by L.O. Rehush; multilevel personality questionnaire "Adaptability" by A.H. Maklakova and S.V.Chermianina; "Resilience at work" by S. Maddi, adaptation of D.O. Leontiev; Method "The Time Perspective Inventory" by F. Zimbardo; questionnaire "Action Control" by Yu. Kulia, adaptation S.O. Shapkina. The Scientific novelty of the research consists in: the phenomenon of preliminary personality stability is considered in the context of determination and interconditionality lifetime perspectives for the first time; preliminary personality stability is considered as functionally energetic unit, represented by specific functionality of psychological limits of personality, by anticipatory prognostic abilities, by structure of intrapersonal conflicts, by the type focused on action/ state of alienation, by the adaptive abilities and orientation to temporal context of vital activity for the first time;first was determined peculiarities of the preliminary personality stability formation on the example of cadets of highly military educational institution, the Ukrainian Department of Education, at different stages of determination, the comparative analysis was conducted;first was developed the perfect model and determined the current state of the formation of preliminary personality stability of cadets upcoming soldiers; was clarified the concept of lifetime perspective for the first time;for the first time was supplemented the idea of the context of life prospects (viability, involvement, control, risk taking) and lifetime orientation (negative / positive past fatalistic/ hedonistic present perception of the future); was supplemented with the content of individual psychological properties, abyssal psychological determinants and abilities for the first time;were further developed some recommendations on the development of preliminary personality stability for the first time. The practical significance of the results. The diagnostic program of the formation of preliminary personality stability is being implemented in the work of Kyiv Rehabilitation Centre "The ХХІ century" in corrective rehabilitation practice of assistance to people who were affected by military conflicts and terrorism (reference number 45 of 09/12/2014), Kramatorsk Economic and Humanitarian Institute at teaching courses of "General Psychology", "Psychodiagnostics", "Differential Psychology" (reference number 145 of 11/12/2015), Military Academy, m.
