Essay

Peculiarities of structural organization and blood vessels of the skin under continuous influence of opioid and in the process of regeneration have been studied in the research on skin preparations of 90 white male rats by the methods of injection of the vascular bed of the skin, histology and electron microscopy. Morphometric analysis of blood plexuses of the skin of white male rats in the area of multiple post-injection wound following 6-week influence of nalbuphine has been conducted. Сhanges, caused by continuous influence of nalbuphine, positive influence of 2-week injection of the medication and negative influence after 4 and 6-week injection of the medication on reparation processes in the experiment have been detected.
