Essay

Object: development of tomato in the culture of isolated tissues and organs; methods of preservation and propagation of plants remote tomato hybrids in culture in vitro. Objective: theoretical and experimental study using optimized cell technologies for in vitro propagation and conservation and sustainable genetically induce the formation of new source material for varietal and hybrid breeding tomato. The novelty: For the first time in Ukraine created by biotechnological raw material tomato with signs of resistance to Fusarium wilt, printed forms with symptoms of pollen sterility for hybrid and varietal selection. Theoretically grounded and developed phytohormonal composition of the culture medium. Experimental optimum concentration of the filtrate culture fluid (FCR) of pathogenic fungi genus Fusarium Link. The dependence between the concentration of FCR in the culture medium and the parameters of sustainability and explants morphogenesis. Determined correlations between parameters explants in an isolated culture on selective media and received from them R1 generation plants in the field. The regularities of the dynamics of growth processes of plants-regenerants remote tomato hybrids of F1. Results: The cell selection method selected fuzariozostiyki promising line of tomato (S.l. 42, S.l. 52, S.l. 11, S.l. 46). A method of obtaining cell lines vegetable plant family Solanaceae L. (tomato, sweet pepper, eggplant) in culture in vitro, which provides a stable induction of morphogenesis in more than 50% of the genotypes of different origin. A method of creating fuzariozostiykoho source material nightshade vegetables (tomato, eggplant, peppers)
