In the dissertation the life path of F. Naumenko has been described, the preconditions of formation of his worldview have been cleared up, the stages of forming his scientific-pedagogical activity have been determined. The basic directions of scientific-pedagogical heritage of F. Naumenko have been characterized in the dissertation. Unknown and little known archival materials that extend the idea of personality F. Naumenko as a scientist, teacher, public and educational figure have been put to the scientific use.
