Essay

The conceptualization of the idea of Europe as a constitutive factor of the self-organization of modern and postmodern societies was held in thesis. It is presented that the idea of Europe is a complex structured system of views capable to set up a humanistic and democratic orientation for the modernization transformations of the public life in societies with different historic experiences and readiness to the self-renewal.
