Object – morphological changes in the liver of rats on the background of experimental autoimmune damage to the organ without correction and under the conditions of hydrogen and radon baths; purpose – establish the structural changes in the simulated autoimmune damage of liver and in the correction of radon baths in experiment; methods – experimental, physical therapy, histologic, immunohistochemical, lectin histochemical, electron microscopic, morphometric, statistical; the results – established structural changes in the simulated autoimmune liver organ damage and in the correction of radon baths, which allowed to prove the feasibility of using radon baths for correction of degenerative and necrobiotic processes in patients with autoimmune liver damaged; branch – medicine.
