Kuzhilna O. The idea of Ukrainian statehood in the scientific, social and political activity of the Society "Ukrainian Liberation Struggle Museum" in Prague (1925-1948).

In the process of the analysis of available scientific and popular works on the history of Ukrainian political emigration pertaining to the abovementioned problem, it was defined the degree of completeness of its study and coverage in history. It is also stated that there is no generalized research, dedicated to the problem of the representation of the idea of Ukrainian statehood in the ULSM's activity. In the thesis it was formed a representative set of sources, which includes not only historiographical, but also a wide range of specific historical sources, both published and unpublished. There were also involved the Society's documents and materials which were found, as well as its statutes, records management documentation and reports that are stored in the Central State Archives of Ukraine: of the higher governing bodies and associations, as well as works by the founders and employees of the Museum, sources of personal origin: autobiographies, diaries, memoirs and correspondence.
