Essay

The thesis presents a research of formation and development of future foreign language teachers' axiological potential at universities in Poland by means of comparative approach using. The manuscript deals with the concept of "future foreign language teacher's axiological potential" and a comparative analysis of the patterns of axiopedagogy in Poland and Ukraine on the basis of historical and philosophical discourse. The comprehensive analysis of the Polish educational reforms was done in the research that led to the conclusion of necessity of such a way passing of the young Ukrainian democratic community. Among the main reforms which our country needs are: decentralization in education, universities autonomy, university structure optimization, improving the quality of the educational process (in terms of foreign language learning on the basis of values and worldview introduction of innovative methods), increasing the role of the educational process in the formation of educational democracy. The immediate need to unify the Ukrainian National and European qualifications framework for the recognition of Ukrainian specialists on the territory of the EU is emphasized in the thesis. The manuscript also presents common approaches to forming axiological outlook of future foreign language teachers through the interiorization of the value system of European democracy. The methodological concept that allowed to define criteria and indicators of future foreign language teachers' axiological potential was defined in the research. Among them are: personal, cognitive, regulatory and operational-activity criteria for the formation and development of future foreign language teachers' axiological potential in Poland and the corresponding indicators for appropriate level identifying. The educational content component of curricula and training programs of future foreign language teachers at universities in Poland, based on axiological basis has been grounded in the research and on this basis a number of practical recommendations for its implementation in Ukraine has been formed.
