Tymoshenko О. Improvement of a method of an estimation and soya creation initial material for breeding on productivity

The dissertation is devoted to decision of an important scientific problem on improvement of a method of an estimation of a soya breeding material and working out of methods of selection parental forms for crossing with use cluster analysis, an estimation of a collection and created new hybrid material on a combination of signs, revealing of features of variability and inheritance of the major economic signs in F1 and F2, to an establishment of breeding value of combinations crossing, creation of genetic sources of the raised productivity and precocity. Crossing of parental forms which are placed in one cluster, has appeared inefficient, any of such combinations of crossing, as: Jug-30/Gentleman (cluster 1); the Legend/№803, №441/Annushka, the Legend/Ustja (cluster 3); AЕEM/Chernjatka, Vizhion/AEEM, Alisa/Vizhion, Suzir'ja/Vizhion, Ros/Vizhion, Elena/Vizhion, Alisa/Ros (cluster 6) have not given highly productive lines. On the basis of parental forms which had Hevklid's distance within a collection, calculated individual communication from 2 to 6 units, generates the most productive combinations of crossing. These are: Anzhelika/Annushka, Anzhelika/Gentleman, Jug-30/Vizhion, Legend/Korado, Ustja/Vizhion; As a result of breeding study an initial material for breeding is created; perspective breeding of a soya number №766-12 (Legend/Korado) with an optimum combination of the vegetation period duration (105 days) and seed productivity of 3.7 t/hectares which provides net profit of 58946 hryvnia per hectare is allocated that on 22044 hryvnia per hectare there is more than standard. Registered varieties Siverka, Hvylja, the Muse, Arnica and varieties, which submitted for state scientific and technical expertise - Golybka, Jasochka, Perejaslavka, Marysja, Vyshyvanka are created also
