Thesis is devoted to the issue of territorial organization of innovative activity and its influence on socio-economic growth poles formation. The research of territorial organization of innovative activity in Ukraine has been done resulting in defining its general features and assessment of formation level of territorial-innovative systems. The entire research has resulted into designing of ways of innovative activity stimulation towards formation of socio-economic growth poles in Ukraine. These ways are united into three main directions - improving the state legislation and innovative policy, formation of territorial-innovative systems and intensifying of international scientific and innovative cooperation.
