Glovatska S. Project management approach to international activities of higher education institutions (HEI) of Ukraine

Developed balanced scorecard of key indicators of HEI international activity, including universities specifics projected for all international activities of universities by developing individual goals and key indicators within developed university strategies. А method proposed of reducing the number of key indicators by means of multivariate factor analysis method that can detect the strongest relationship and choose the most meaningful indicators and assess the reach strategic goals for long-term planning horizon. Model formation of portfolio HEI international activity's projects will maximize the integral value of the portfolio to achieve strategic goals of HEI international activity.
