Essay

A complex investigation with use of anatomical, histological, morphometrical, histochemical, lectinhistochemical and statistical methods have helped to study regularities of pancreas morphogenesis after antenatal antigen influence. It was the first time features of pancreas development after an antenatal antigen influence to be described. It was discovered that regardless of the way of antigen influence in prenatal period, it increases the mass of pancreas. From here follows an increase in correlation of connective tissue and exocrine part of the organ. In experimental groups of animals was noticed amplification of overall number of lymphocytes on the background of the connective tissue area expansion. The number of PNA+ was greater among newborn rats. It was the first time to investigate changes in the quality of the connective tissue, which was described by increment in the number of nonsulfated and low sulfated glicosaminoglycans. In acinar cell cytoplasm was discovered growth of overall amount of glycogen from the birth and until the 21-st day of life. In experimental groups of animals was examined a decrease in expression of receptors to lectins of wheat germs, soy and peanut in comparison with intact and control group.
