Essay

Object - age-related changes of the osseous tissue of the mandible; aim - to find out the peculiarities of the structure and mineral composition of the osseous tissue of the alveolar part of the mandiblebody in the individuals of mature age of different sex under conditionof the dental row integrity and to establish patterns of its age rebuilding; methods - X-ray, radiovisiographic, morphometric, method of atomic absorption spectral analysis, mathematical and statistical; results - for the first time on the basis of conducted research using modern morphological and biochemical methods the peculiarities of the osseous tissue structure and mineral composition of the mandible body in male and female under condition of the dental row integrity in their structural and functional connection were thoroughly studied and analyzed and established itsage dynamic peculiarities, for the first time, peculiarities of the quantitative and qualitative structural changes in the osseous tissue of the mandible body in the different age periods of the mature agewere investigated, a comparative analysis of bone density of the studied areas in male and female was conducted, for the first time a detailed analysis of the mineral composition of the osseous tissue of mandible in patients of mature age was made by atomic absorption spectral analysis, and macro and microelements distribution peculiarities were studied in age dynamics, for the first time the individual characteristics of linear dimensions and density of the bone structure of various parts of the mandiblebody and their mineral composition in male and femalewere studied, and patterns of their relationshipestablished, for the first time comparative mathematical analysis of the dynamics of the bone density of the mandible bodyand dynamic of the macro and microelements were studied and the relationship between them was investigated.
