Lutsenko O. Pedagogical conditions for the formation of a conscious attitude towards study in future officers of the National Guard of Ukraine

The thesis is dedicated to the scientific substantiation of pedagogical conditions for the formation a conscientious attitude to study in future officers of the National Guard of Ukraine. Research problems in theoretical and applied scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists have been analyzed. Conceptual approaches to the formation of future officers' training and professionally significant qualities within the activities of higher education institutions with specific learning environments are defined. The characteristics of factors influencing this process have been given. The role of motivation in forming a conscious attitude to study is examined. The method of research on the perspective of chosen topic is presented and the author's concept of the relevant structural and functional model is introduced. Experimental work to verify the model specified, and statistically weighted results of the introduction of pedagogical conditions for the formation in the students of the necessary personal qualities have been presented. The role of historical and social factors in the transformation of learning motivation and its influence on the formation of a conscious attitude to learning is determined. Recommendations to optimize the educational process at the university engaged in the training of the National Guard of Ukraine are proposed.
