For the first time theoretical and practical approaches to the optimization of the pharmaceutical provision of the population of Sudan in a limited state budget in accordance with the national drug policy are developed and offered. Research complex on monitoring and analyzing macroeconomic health indicators in the countries of the African continent have done, as well as analysis of the dynamics of internal and external indicators of the pharmaceutical sector in Sudan too. Taken together, the results are obtained methodological foundation for the improvement of pharmaceutical provision of the population of Sudan
