Essay

In this thesis was the influence of temperature liquefaction, pH slurry, the concentration of acid enzymes, dry matter, use the number and frequency rate of thin stillage, fermentation temperature indicators in mature mash and synthesis of volatile impurities of alcohol. Traffic was investigated by organic impurities columns distillery installation, operating pressure lower than atmospheric in order to improve the quality of rectified spirit.
