Essay

The thesis is devoted to the development of project management models on the serial production of sea robotics. The object of the research is the management process applied to the projects on designing sea robotics. The goal of the research is to improve the effectiveness of project management in the field of designing sea robotics by perfecting the methods and models of the project management theory. Methods of research: methods and processes of project management standards; graph theory methods; systems theory and systems analysis; mathematical simulation methods. The theoretical value is in defining and reasoning the conceptual principals of project management in the field of designing sea robotics on the early stages of their serial production. On the basis of the models designed the following was determined: methods on managerial decisions justification; algorithms and software products that provide for effective decision-making in project management. Scientific novelty: it is the first time the concept of project management has been defined and justified on the basis of systems analysis; on the basis of life cycle analysis and the suggested structure of sea robotics means, the model of project cost management has been developed; on the basis of the hierarchical work structure analysis and the determined costs of sea robotics elements the structural model of selection of project subcontractors has been developed; with the help of the expert assessment method the system of indicators has been developed for organisational and managerial effectiveness of the organisational structure of the project; on the basis of the analysis of the sea robotics design and application features the model of the organisational structure creation has been improved. The results of the thesis have been used on the stages of pre-design and technical design of sea robotics by the order of such state "Research and Design Shipbuilding Centre" and "Kyiv scientific research institute of hydrodevices" of the Ukrainian Defence Industry "Ukroboronprom", and also in the work of the sea research laboratory for the neutralisation of potentially dangerous underwater objects by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine and in the academic process while teaching the students of the following field 8.05070022 "Electrical Systems and Complexes of Vehicles".
