Fedorenko V. Military and legal Education of Military Officers of the Ukrainian Armed Forces: Social-Philosophical Analysis

The thesis studies the essence of military and legal education of personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as a systematic socio-cultural process, substantiates interaction mechanisms of its structural elements and their impact on legal socialization and military officers’ behavior. It also develops the methodology and evaluation of its effectiveness. The author suggests recommendations for improving the effectiveness of military legal education of military officers, their legal socialization and military discipline strengthening. A special role is given to the analysis of the processes of self-regulation and social behavior of military personnel, the place and the role of the law, traditions and customs are also defined in these processes. The thesis deals with theoretical principles and features of institutionalization of the military-religious interaction and the place of council- editor military service is defined in the military structure of legal education. It analyzes the features of legal education of military officers of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in terms of informational, hybrid war, anti-terrorist operation. It works out the recommendations for improving of the effectiveness of military legal education in modern conditions, and for ensuring of the effective of future officers training in educational work with the personnel of the Armed Forces.
