Ordenov S. Globalization Transformations of Legal Consciousness of Society: Social and Philosophical Aspect

The thesis is devoted to the social and philosophical research of globalization transformations of legal consciousness of society. The social and philosophical reconstruction of reception of social consciousness in Modern epoch is carried out. The research indicated that modern legal consciousness focuses on personal freedom, autonomy, goal-oriented rationality, utilitarianism. It is adjusted by market relations; it is oriented on the implementation of private interests, which condition is freedom, conceived by reason. The thesis shows that in the transition from Modern to Postmodern overlapped on the globalization processes the legal consciousness at both daily and theoretical levels is being greatly changed, what could be seen in its atomization, bifurcation, epistemological uncertainty.
