Sachenko O. Forming the Strategically-Oriented Portfolio of Innovative Projects for Electric Power Equipment Modernization

Thesis is devoted to the forming the strategically-oriented portfolio of innovative projects for electric power equipment modernization. A conceptual model of portfolio management strategy for innovative projects was developed for energy equipment company, taking into account the available resources at the 4-step sequence of procedures generalized strategy of two-stage approach. The model selection criteria for evaluating innovative projects for energy equipment company undertaking by dividing the assessment criteria and use of five groups DEMATEL method for mapping and mutual ANP method for calculating the weight criteria on the basis of mutual cards. A method of forming an effective portfolio of innovative projects of modernization is based on comparative assessment of equivalent projects portfolio by identifying standardized indicators reference design and integrated test. Method for assessing performance innovation project portfolio is imroved by comparing the income and expenditure of the project, and evaluation of growth of profit from the project.
