Kononenko O. Scientific methodic ground of social and economic approaches to the improvement of the availability of medical immunobiological preparations for children routine immunization.

The thesis is devoted to development of scientific methodic approaches to the improvement of the availability of medical immunobiological preparations for children routine immunization. Social economic model for the improvement of system of providing by MIP for routine immunization of children was first proposed. The results of a questionnaire survey of health professionals, namely pediatricians, provided an opportunity with using the method of cluster analysis to evaluate the significance of individual factors ensuring the effective functioning of the system of children planned vaccination. Using the trendline method a method of determining of the need for vaccines for routine immunization of first year children was developed. Through correlation and regression analysis of the dependent of children immunization by MMR vaccine from the impact of certain factors at Sumy region was determined and the method of assessing the impact of certain factors on the level of children immunization was proposed.
