The thesis is devoted to the development of composition, technology and research of new herbal remedies in the form of collection for the treatment of inflammatory diseases in dentistry. Components and their contents in preparation was substantiated in theory and the results of microbiological studies, a rational composition of collection "Denta-Phyt" was established: St. John's wort grass – 28,50 g linden flower – 28,50 g, pepermint leaves – 14,25 g marigold flower – 14,25 g, sage leaves – 14,25 g, tincture of Japanese Sophora – up to 100.00 g. A number of studies on investigation of pharmacotechnological properties of the drug was conducted, the technologyof collection and water extracts from it was substantiated. Quality indicators was defined and the physico-chemical properties, stability during storage and spectrum of pharmacological activity of the new collection was investigated. Technological instruction and projects of methods of quality control and technological industrial regulations for the proposed product were developed.
