Bavykina M. Development of composition and technology of gel with combined action for pharmaceutical therapy of complications during hypoechoic.

The thesis is dedicated to technology development of natural substance – the liquid extract of hop cones, and to theoretical and experimental substantiation of composition, technology development of new drug – vaginal gel «Estrohenorm». According to the comprehensive research, technology of the liquid extract of hop cones has been proved, and its physical and chemical characteristics, terms with conditions of storage have been defined. On the grounds of conducted physicochemical, structural, mechanical, pharmacotechnological and biological researches, the optimal composition and rational technology has been elaborated for a vaginal gel with the liquid extract of hop cones, thistle oil and lactic acid. Stability of «Estrohenorm» gel has been examined while being stored for two years at a room temperature in tubes with inner aluminum coating. Pre-clinical pharmacological trials have proved its specific activity and safety. The projects of quality control methodiques, and industrial regulations have been developed for the vaginal gel with combined action «Estrohenorm». The gel's technology has been tested in industrial conditions.
