Theoretically designed and experimentally tested the structural-functional model of formation of readiness of future elementary school teachers to educate students with ICT, which consists of conceptual and targeted, procedural and substantive, control and efficient units. Identified criteria, indicators and levels of formation of readiness of the future teachers in primary schools to familiarize students with the information and communication technologies. Further developed the content and methods of training of future elementary school teachers to use ICT in the educational process.
