Essay

The thesis is devoted to theoretical and experimental research problems of forming intending teachers' readiness to use innovative technologies in children's institutions of rehabilitation and recreation. The state of researching the problem has been analyzed, the essence of the basic concepts was studied. The approaches to classifying educational technologies were analyzed and the author's classification of innovative technologies used in children's institutions of rehabilitation and recreation based on active approach and areas of work was presented. The essence of teachers' readiness to use innovative technologies in children's institutions of rehabilitation and recreation was revealed; its main components (motivational, cognitive, operational and evaluative) were described; the criteria, their indicators and levels of defined readiness were worked out. The pedagogical conditions of forming the intending teachers' readiness to use innovative technologies in children's institutions of rehabilitation and recreation were revealed, theoretically grounded and experimentally tested. They are: forming students' positive motivation to implementing innovative technologies; using the potential of psychological, pedagogical and methodological disciplines in forming teachers' readiness to use innovative technologies in children's institutions of rehabilitation and recreation; broadening and deepening the knowledge and skills of using innovative technologies while studying the special course "Innovative technologies in children's institutions of rehabilitation and recreation"; systematizing and improving skills of using innovative technologies at "School of innovative technologies"; creating special tasks aimed at using innovative technologies by students during their practice in children's institutions of rehabilitation and recreation. The model of forming intending teachers' readiness to use innovative technologies in children's institutions of rehabilitation and recreation was presented.
