The research focuses on the content and pedagogical conditions of forming the primary school teachers' readiness for implementing self-preserving technologies in their professional activity. The state of researching the problem has been analyzed, the essence of the primary school teachers' readiness for implementing self-preserving technologies was investigated. The structural components of the primary school teachers' readiness for implementing self-preserving technologies in their professional activity have been defined. The criteria, their indicators and levels of mentioned readiness were worked out. The pedagogical conditions of forming the primary school teachers' readiness for implementing self-preserving technologies in their professional activity were worked out. They are: providing positive teachers' motivation to implementing self-preserving technologies in their professional activity; introducing innovative technologies that reduce stress and optimize the process of improving primary school teachers' professional education in the work of teachers' methodical associations; developing teachers'professional qualities related to self-preserving technologies; using interdisciplinary approach in forming primary school teachers' readiness for implementing self-preserving technologies; joinning teachers to sports and recreational activities. The defined pedagogical conditioned and the model of forming the primary school teachers' readiness for implementing self-preserving technology were experimentally tested.
