The dissertation is aimed to obtaining new substance of natural origin – lipophilic extract of the wild carrot seeds (LEWCS), theoretical and experimental grounds for technology development of a new medical preparation – cream with LEWCS for a treatment of mild burn wounds.The comprehensive research has conducted in order to create a standardized domestic substance of natural origin – LEWCS. Technology of LEWCS has proved theoretically and experimentally. With applying the current methods of research, the physical, chemical, and technological properties of LEWCS have studied, techniques of identification and quantitative determination of LEWCS BAC have proposed. The optimal conditions for saving and term of validity have specified.On the basis of physical, chemical, pharmaceutical, technological, and biological research, the optimal composition and rational technology of a cream with LEWCS have been developed for a treatment of burn wounds. Stability of combined wound healing and anti-inflammatory cream has examined during the process of its storage for two years at room temperature in aluminum tubes. Preclinical pharmacological trials have proved specific activity and safety of LEWCS and a cream with LEWCS. A project of quality control methods of LEWCS for a treatment of burn wounds has developed. Тechnology of LEWCS and a cream with LEWCS have a approved under production-line conditions.
