In the dissertation highlights the results of studies on the avian influenza spread in the world and in Ukraine, describes modern methods of laboratory diagnosis of the disease. Substantiated the development of the tool for rapid diagnosis of avian influenza, using the method of isothermal amplification of nucleic acids.
