Voloshinа V. The scientific and advisory support of the Supreme Court of Ukrain

The thesis is devoted to development of theoretical, legal and praxeological foundations of the scientific and advisory support of the Supreme Court of Ukraine, as well as to development of proposals for improving the legislation regulating of the functioning of the system of the scientific and advisory support of the Supreme Court of Ukraine. The paper defines the place of the Supreme Court of Ukraine in the judicial system of Ukraine; given the characteristics of its powers and highlighted the factors of the efficiency of their implementation; formulated the concept of the scientific and advisory support of the Supreme Court of Ukraine and defined the content, objectives, functions, principles and guarantees of the scientific and advisory support of the Supreme Court of Ukraine. The thesis is possible to establish the peculiarities of the legal status of scientific advisers as subjects of the scientific and advisory support of the Supreme Court of Ukraine; characterized the Scientific Advisory Board of the Supreme Court of Ukraine as a collegial advisory body and determined the form of the scientific and advisory support of the Supreme Court of Ukraine. The thesis gives the author's definition of the concept and the characteristics of the administration system of the scientific and advisory support of the activities of the Supreme Court of Ukraine, and defines the concept of the information support for the functioning of the analytical divisions of the Supreme Court of Ukraine and highlighted ways to improve it.
