Essay

Object of study - professional and pedagogical training of future teachers of philology to the profession. The aim - to prove theoretically and experimentally test the effectiveness of pedagogical conditions of adaptation of future teachers of philology and structural-functional model to implement them in the profession. Methods: theoretical - philosophical analysis, pedagogical, psychological literature and teaching materials in order to determine the real state of preparation of future teachers of philology; Empirical - questionnaires, interviews, interview, observation; pedagogical experiment; konstatuvalnyy and molding experiments, analysis of teaching experience of the author in order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed pedagogical conditions and their introduction into the training process in higher educational institutions of Ukraine; Mathematical Statistics (criterion) - to analyze and prove the reliability of the survey results, the feasibility of using the developed structural-functional model learning. Scientific novelty of the results is that: first determined pedagogical conditions of adaptation of future teachers of philology to the profession (stimulating positive motivational guidance for future professional and educational activities, reflected in the content of legal disciplines specificity and complexity of professional and educational activities, strengthening reflective component preparation for vocational and educational activities by taking into account the potential of teaching practice); The structural-functional model realization pedagogical conditions of adaptation of philology future teachers to the profession and tested its effectiveness; grounded components (personality, cognitive, practical) criteria (motivation, professional, environmental) performance (motivation to professional and educational activities, pedagogical orientation, educational reflexivity, professionally oriented knowledge, knowledge of the specific professional and educational activities, awareness of high-end features teacher, ability to establish friendly climate, professionally oriented skills, corporate culture) and levels (high, sufficient, medium, low) adaptation of philology future teachers to the profession; the essence of the concepts of "adaptation", "adaptation of philology future teachers to the profession"; further development of the acquired determining factors (objective and subjective) that influence the adaptation of philology future teachers to the profession and technology vocational and educational training of teachers of philology. Practical meaning. Developed and implemented the course "The future teacher-scholar XXI century", guidance for the course; educational guidelines of teaching practice for students of Teachers of higher educational institutions of Ukraine. Materials research can be used for training courses "Pedagogy", "Methods of educational work", "Basics of pedagogical skills", "Methods of teaching Ukrainian language", "Methods of teaching foreign languages" during the period of undergraduate teaching practice in schools, to develop methodological guidelines for students and teachers of higher educational institutions, teachers and practitioners.
