Essay

The thesis describes peculiarities of morpho-functional organization of urinary bladder of rats in norm and in streptozotocin-induced diabetes (SD) (80 rats). For the first time the comprehensive assessment of structural-functional state of urothelium, smooth myocytes, collagenous fibers, hemovessels in norm and in SD according to the results of morphological, morphometric and cluster analyses, a colour segmentation, biochemical blood and urine tests, water balance in the experiment, was given. Morphological and metric characteristics of urotheliocytes of 4 clusters, hemovessels, myocytes and collagenous fibers in norm were established and their changes in SD are determined.
