Essay

The thesis discloses the essence of customs and tariff regulation as a tool for implementation of budget and external economic security and economic security of the state. The fiscal and regulatory properties of customs duties and their role in the system of guaranteeing state economic security are estimated. Practical recommendations for reforming the customs and tariff system as a tool for realization of European integration vector of development and provision of the economic security of the state are elaborated.
