The thesis is devoted to complex research of literary magazine of foreign literature in system of intercultural communication in the modern media space. The paper deals with the study of intercultural communication, its content, the nature, manifestations and features offered his own definition of intercultural communication. It was found that among modern world literary magazines, especially on foreign literature, culture, art and social and political accents around the world, an important place is occupied by foreign literature magazines: ukrainian "Vsesvi", russian "Foreign Literature", french "Lire" and american "Words without borders".
