Dissertation is devoted to the solution of problems of increase of efficiency of management outsourcing IT company based on the development of simulation models of its portfolio, as well as methods for their research and decision-making. A review of the features of IT projects and their life cycle; the analysis of modern IT project management methodologies and it is shown that the management of a portfolio of projects in outsourcing IT company there are problems of forecasting the effects of complexes of interrelated activities, expressed in the form of various alternative scenarios.
