Essay

Object of study: motivational value personality sphere. Subject of research: psychological features motivational value scope in the future careers of personality research methods. To ensure objectivity and consistency of the study and to address the concerns of the research challenges in work used a number of methods, namely: theoretical-system- structural analysis of scientific sources; empirical-psychodiagnostic methods, statistical methods of processing received data (correlation, cluster, factorial analysis). The psihodiagnosticheskij complex was composed of the following: techniques for diagnostic indicators of motivational value spheres were used: questionnaire "level ratio values and availability different life spheres "and b Fantalovoj; methodology of studying motivation of professional activity to Zamfir (modification and Ryan) "test smyslozhiznennyh orientations" and leontiev. To diagnose individually-psychological personality traits of future economists used: Freiburg multi-attribute personality questionnaire (FPI), questionnaires "Orientation personality Smekala and m. Kucera; "Self-esteem level of ontogenetic reflection" m n Fetiskina, Kozlov and g m Manuilova; "The need for achievements" and "the structure of motivation", y. m. Orlova. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the fact that for the first time: the main differences in psychological components of motivational value areas for future economists Depending on the length of training; built by triklasternaja motivational model value areas for future economists depending on the length of training (lack of social recognition, parental support and need for affiliation-at the initial stage of learning and a focus on self-development, social maturity, and orientation on intensive activity-on final) built pjatifaktornaja model motivational value areas for future economists, which amounted to: smyslozhiznennye; emotional dezadaptovanost'; samomotivirovannost'; impulsiveness; social and gender stereotyping; axiological value components features areas for future economists (depending on learning stage); theoretically grounded and empirically confirmed major internal conflicts of future economists.
