Madiniva Y. Features of Medical Students Disadaptation

Research object: personal disadaptation of medical students in period of primary professionalizing.Research subject: simptomo-сompleх of picture composite organization as diagnostic and correctional tools of medical students' personal disadaptation research during the primary professionalizing period. Research methods. Theoretical: analysis of scientific literature, systematization and synthesis of theoretical and empirical data about disadaptation.Empirical: the stating experiment, observation, questioning and testing. For the research of personal adaptation / disadaptation features of medical students have been used the following techniques: 1) test questionnaire of psycho-physiological disadaptation of Rodina O.M. For research of individual personal characteristics: 2) Tomsk rigidity questionnaire of Zalevsky G.V.; 3) test questionnaire of social adaptation of Sannikova A.P. and Kuznetsova O.V. 4) Emotionality test questionnaire of Ilyin E.P.; 5) "Mini-mult" test questionnaire. For composite characteristics research: projective technique "10х10" of Yershova-Babenko I.V. Statistical methods of data processing - correlation, the factorial analysis, t-criterion of Student V., which were performed with the help of the computer program SPSS 19.0.Scientific originality of the received results includes that for the first time: is developed simptomo-complex of personal adaptation /disadaptation features of the medical students on the basis of picture composite characteristics (generalized and organizational); are found picture composite characteristics, presence of which is characteristic of adaptation state, absence - of disadaptation state. are investigated ratios of indicators of personal adaptation/ disadaptation features of the medical student and his demonstration in picture composite organization features; are revealed the most statistically significant interrelations of composite and traditional characteristics of the picture, and are found also composite and traditional characteristics of the picture, which characterize high general social adaptation of the personality, high level of psycho-physiological disadaptation of the personality. are clarified the relations of traditional and composite performance features, the relations between the level of psycho-physiological disadaptation and social adaptation of the personality, interdependence between the picture traditional characteristics and the adaptive features of the personality.Practical value of the received results - the results, received during the research, can be used for creation of programs for diagnostics, correction and psychological support of medical students in a disadaptation condition, which arose in the period of their primary professionalizing.Scope institutions of higher education, psychological services.
