Essay

In the thesis based on fuzzy inference the model of the initiation of projects is developed, which contains a set of diverse qualitative and quantitative indicators that form the generalized indicator of safety, to determine the degree of need of building safe working environment for the project. According to the law of initiating projects, developed Markov model of interaction between project participants during its initiation allows to consider changing conditions of technical systems and to generate recommendations for initiating projects taking into account the impact of customer project.
