The dissertation is dedicated to developing the theoretical and methodological foundations of evaluating the influence of foreign capital in the banking system on state financial security. The specifics of attracting foreign capital into the banking system of Ukraine are researched in the context of state financial security. Determinants of foreign capital presence in the banking system of Ukraine, influencing state financial security, are characterized - factors, which may lead to an appearance of threats to state financial security, as well as factors, capable of creating the potential for its strengthening.
