Makarova O. Features of the Development of Professional Identity of Law Enforcement Officers at the Stage of Professional Training

The thesis is focused on theoretical and empirical study of the problem of the development of professional identity of law enforcement officers at the stage of professional training. The author of the work has researched the features of the components of professional identity (self-evaluation, involvement in professional groups, satisfaction from performing the roles) that are developed within future law enforcement officers at these levels (cognitive, motivational, behavioral and affective). The program of the development of professional identity of law enforcement officers at the stage of professional training has been elaborated and the ways of its realization and implementation in the training and educational process of higher educational establishments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine have been offered.
