Essay

The study was conducted on 52 white male rats reproductive age with initial weighing 140-150 g. In brief exposure nalbuphine 2 weeks there is no significant structural changes in the thymus. The action of nalbuphine for 3-4 weeks there are destructive and degenerative changes of the structural components and the vascular bed of the thymus. With prolonged exposure nalbuphine during the coming 5-6 weeks deep destructive and degenerative changes that week after discontinuation of the drug are not restored.
