Essay

For the first time, there were analyzed, generalized, systematized and substantiated retrospective and modern systems of rational management, training and distribution of pharmaceutical human resources (PHR). There was established a combined proportion of coworking of a pharmacists - pharmacy technician, the distribution dynamics for pharmacy employees for the period of 1913-2013. The methodological strategy and tactics of the analytical and practical modeling were used to study socially oriented systems regarding human resources for pharmaceutical training, activities and improving personnel skills. There were developed and suggested qualification characteristics for practitioners and scientific teaching staff (Pharmacy), Draft Regulations on licensing, certification and attestation for the personnel of Industrial Pharmacy enterprises. The analysis of the respondent survey of students and practitioners in the pharmacy system regarding their attitude to the chosen profession, orientation, and motivation and profession distribution was made.
