Hashchuk V. Pedagogical conditions of future borderguard officers’ deontological training.

The dissertation is devoted to the research of the problem of future borderguard officers’ deontological training. The essence of future borderguard officers’ deontological training has been revealed; its structure that contains two closely interconnected components has been defined. The first one is personal and world-outlook. This component displays legal, ethical, aesthetic, psychological preparation of future borderguard officers. The second one is professionally oriented component of the essence of deontological training. This component displays formation of such parts of deontological training as military-professional, pedagogical, information-communicative preparation, preparation to application of power measures. These criteria, indicators and levels of evaluation of deontological readiness of future borderguard officers have been uncleared. The following pedagogical conditions of deontological training has been substantiated and experimentally verified: orientation of educational process content at higher military educational institution on deontological training of cadets; development of deontological competence of commanding and teaching staff; intensification of forming professional reliability borderguard officers based on deontological knowledge.
