The object of research: the process of teacher's training in the system of post-graduate education. The aim of research: justify the complex of organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of teachers' readiness to use quest-technology in the system of postgraduate education. The subject of research: organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of teachers' readiness to use quest-technology in the system of postgraduate education. The methods of research: analysis, generalization and systematization, modeling, pedagogical experiment, statistical methods. The results of research and novelty: the thesis describes the problem of training of the physical education teachers for the animation activities in a secondary school. It defines the essence of animation and the factors of readiness of future professionals for implementing it in the educational process. The research proposes the developed and tested set of organizational and pedagogical conditions of preparation the future teachers for the animation activities: focusing on the content of education on forming the readiness for animation activities; orienting the practical trainings on developing the skills for designing and organizing the animation activities in schools; the formation of the holistic view of students about the nature of the entertainment activities, by involving them in educational animation educational environment. The sphere of usage: results of the research implemented in the process of сertification training teachers' and scientific-methodical work with the staff of the Institute of postgraduate education.
