This thesis is an independent scientific research on the concept of number symbolism as a part of society's worldview on the lands of Ukraine in XIV- early XVIII centuries. Spiritual culture of the Middle Ages and Early modern time is an important component when comprehensively reconstructing those time periods. Spiritual culture was reflecting the historical time and its specifics, and values, moral and ideological orientation. The system of the worldview of the orthodox society on the lands of Ukraine in XIV - early XVIII centuries might help to understand the essence of phenomenas, events, and priority directions of public opinion. Therefore, the number symbolism appears essential from the scientific point of view. It served as a tool of identification, as well as a fundamental method of expressing reality. This unique system was the tool of identification, the fundamental method of expressing reality. A unique system was formed with the elements, which over time have become traditional and build a basis of international communication space that goes far beyond everyday speech.
