The object is the educational representation of spirituality; the novelty is the conceptualization of spirituality as the fundamental conditions of organization, functioning and permanent self-renewal in post-nonclassical education; the methods are the systematic approach, synergetic methodology, structural and functional methodology; results are the principle of unity of subjective and objective as the basis of human interaction with the world based on certain spiritual principles determines the understanding of human self-development within post-nonclassical education; it is clarified that the issue of spirituality in education fundamentally affects the process of goal-setting, ensuring through the human-measure model development the coherence of challenges of the postmodern society and the individual; the investigated materials can be used for preparation and teaching the courses in philosophy, social philosophy, philosophy of education, pedagogy, cultural studies, sociology, and ethics; the field is the philosophy of education.
