The thesis is dedicated to the study of structural and dimensional features of reorganization and remodeling of morphological components of the major arteries of lower limbs walls in rats of prereproductive and reproductive age under conditions of hyperuricemia and hypercholesterolemia. It was found out that hyperuricemia and hypercholesterolemia lead to structural and dimensional reorganization of the arteries of femoral, popliteal and tibial sections of rats lower limbs, which results into decreased arterial flow capacity that is more intensive because of combined impact of hyperuricemia and hypercholesterolemia. Morphological criteria of arterial flow remodeling is histological reorganization of the structural components of blood vessels walls, exactly lumen narrowing, hypertrophy of media, thickening of intima, increases under conditions of combined impact of hyperuricemia and hypercholesterolemia and prevails among rats of reproductive age. Remodeling of skeletal muscles with hyperuricemia, hypercholesterolemia and their combination appeared as myofibrils disintegration and myocytolysis, hyperplasia, degenerative and destructive changes of mitochondria, vacuolization of cytoplasm, endotheliocytes of capillaries nucleoplasm piknosis.
