In the thesis the substantive and procedural aspects of the consideration of cases of administrative appeals of decisions of enforcement for violations of budget legislation. In the thesis reveals substantial characteristics of an administrative case challenging the decisions of enforcement for violations of budget legislation and defined concepts such administrative proceedings; the peculiarities of application of measures for the budget as an offense subject to appeal before the administrative courts; characterized jurisdiction(jurisdiction) and jurisdiction cases appealing against decisions on the application of measures for violation of budget legislation; the analysis of the legal status of the plaintiffs and the defendants in this category of cases.
